Local Delivery: Bio-Gem offers free delivery to destinations that are considered local to our
Clackamas, Oregon location. Please call for availability, minimum orders may apply.
Standard Method: United Parcel Service is our preferred provider. All orders are shipped using Ground Service with a 2-5 day delivery time, depending on the destination, unless expedited shipping is required.
Shipping Status/Tracking: Shipping status for online product orders will be available for tracking though E-mail or call 503-422-2833.
Return Policy: All returns must be authorized by Bio-Gem Services Inc. All claims for shortages and or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of products. All returned products must be received by Bio-Gem Services Inc. in saleable condition, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged in shipment. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
