The DBF-4 conditioner with lubricant is formulated with high quality ingredients. When used in a preventative fashion as an additive to diesel fuel, it keeps the tank, pump, fuel lines, and the injectors clean while protecting the environment by reducing smoke emissions. DBF-4 diesel fuel and heating oil condititioner dislodges sludge, completely dissolves water, varnish and gum build-ups,
prevents rust and bacterial accumulations as well as fuel freezing (it has an extremely low pour point of -43.6 Deg. F (-42 Deg.C). Regular use of DBF-4 brings about lower fuel consumption, better
engine performance and more efficient acceleration while lubricating the fuel injectors and being
environmentally friendly. Its biodegradability rate is 95% after 28 days as determined by OECD 301E
test and EPA OPPTS 835.3120 requirements. DBF-4 is non-corrosive and contains no metal particles nor any chemical that can damage the diesel engine.
Applications
Use DBF-4 in all #1 and #2 diesel fuel systems, vehicles and equipment.
When used in heating oil, DBF-4 keeps the burner nozzles and chimney flu clean.
Directions For Use
Add DBF-4 to diesel fuel or heating oil by as much as 1 part by 4000.
For Class A Transport Tractors with a 120 US Gallon (455 Liters) fuel tank capacity add 4OZ's
For Class A Transport Tractors with a 180 US Gallon (680 Liters) fuel tank capacity add 6OZ's
For maximum efficiency during cold weather operation use 1 part by 2000 dilution ratio.
Maintain preventative fuel filter maintenace on a regular interval.
