Description / TM-40 pour point and cold filterplugging point depressant is a diesel fuel treatment. TM-40 is designed to lower pour point and cold filter plugging point (CFPP). Its formula is exclusive and super concentrated. TM-40 is intended for applications in heating oil but also finds application in diesel fuel, in which it is completely miscible. Characteristics and Benefits / TM-40 is formulated with highest quality ingredients. When used in heating oil or diesel fuel, it lowers pour point and prevents cold filter plugging. Types of Application / Use TM-40 in all types of equipment using diesel fuel #1 or #2 and all Biodiesel blends, in winter time temperatures. Directions for Use / Add TM-40 in heating oil or diesel fuel before filling the reservoir. CAUTION : It is recommended to add TM-40 at a temperature higher than the cloud point (ASTM D2500) of the diesel fuel in order to get efficient.
